Your Rights and Obligations

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "bhago" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at bhago.cc, including all associated web pages, features, and services.
• "Player" or "you" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the bhago platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon completing the bhago registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's bhago account at any given time, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or matched deposit bonuses credited to a Player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any staking of real-money or bonus funds on any sporting event, casino game, or other market made available on the bhago platform.
• "Sportsbook" refers to the sports betting section of bhago, covering cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events.
• "bhago Casino" refers to the live casino and slot games section of the bhago platform, offering products from providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• "Taka" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT), the primary currency used for all transactions on the bhago platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended by bhago from time to time.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by bhago before withdrawals are processed.

To register for and use the bhago platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bhago strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed and any funds forfeited.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, organisations, and automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must register only one account. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bhago employee or business partner where such participation would represent a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from the bhago platform or any related platform operated by bhago. Attempting to register while under a self-exclusion order is a breach of these Terms.

bhago reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

When registering a bhago account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You must not use a false name, fictitious date of birth, or another person's identity details. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

bhago reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any point. Verification documents may include a valid national identity card, passport, or driving licence, and proof of address issued within the preceding three months. Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits may also be required.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bhago login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bhago will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. If you believe your bhago account has been compromised, you must notify [email protected] immediately.

bhago reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any account without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a Player has breached these Terms or that the registration is fraudulent or otherwise improper.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. bhago accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard cards. Deposits are credited to your bhago account balance in real time in most cases, subject to payment provider processing times. bhago does not charge platform fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, except where bhago determines an alternative method is necessary. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals within 15 minutes; accounts pending full KYC verification may experience delays of up to 72 hours. bhago reserves the right to perform additional security checks before processing any withdrawal.

Withdrawal Conditions: A Player must have completed at least one qualifying wager using deposited funds before a withdrawal request will be processed. Deposits that have not been wagered at least once are subject to a 1x wagering requirement before withdrawal. This condition exists to prevent the use of bhago as a money transfer service.

Currency: All transactions on the bhago platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bhago does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion is the sole responsibility of the Player and their payment provider.

Declined Transactions: bhago reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion, including where fraud or money laundering is suspected. In such cases, bhago may freeze the account pending investigation and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

bhago offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, and seasonal promotions during events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotional offers are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which are published at the time the offer is made available.

Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each offer's terms. Wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds unless otherwise specified.

Eligible Markets: Not all games and markets contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets at odds of 1.50 or greater typically contribute 100%. Casino games contribution rates vary by game type and are stated in the applicable promotion terms.

Abuse: bhago reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that bonus abuse, collusion, or fraudulent behaviour has occurred. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing lay bets on external platforms to neutralise risk, or exploiting technical errors.

Expiry: Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

All sports bets on the bhago sportsbook are accepted subject to the market-specific rules published on the relevant event page. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that market.

Bet Acceptance: bhago reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed at odds that were published in error or where the market integrity is in question. Bets are not confirmed until you receive an explicit bet confirmation reference from the bhago platform.

Abandoned and Postponed Events: If a sporting event is abandoned before the minimum period required for settlement (as defined per sport), all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If an event is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.

In-Play Betting: In-play markets are live and odds may fluctuate rapidly. bhago operates a brief suspension period when key events occur (wickets, goals, penalties). Bets placed during a suspension window will be voided. bhago is not responsible for bets placed based on incorrect assumptions about in-play status.

Maximum Winnings: bhago applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. The maximum single-event payout for cricket markets is ৳500,000. The maximum daily payout across all sportsbook markets is ৳2,000,000. These limits may be reviewed and adjusted at bhago's discretion.

The bhago Casino offers live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and a slots library from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each game is subject to its own rules as published by the game provider, and those rules apply in addition to these Terms.

Return to Player (RTP): All bhago Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable. RTP percentages for slot games are provided by the game providers and are available within each game's information panel. bhago does not guarantee any specific return or outcome for any game session.

Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error during a game session, bhago will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. bhago's recorded game logs constitute the definitive record of all game outcomes. Where a definitive outcome cannot be established, the bet will be voided and the stake returned.

Disconnection Policy: If you are disconnected from a live casino game during a round that has already been initiated and your stake committed, the outcome of the round will be determined by the game provider's server-side records. bhago is not liable for losses attributable to your internet connection quality or device performance.

bhago is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player welfare. Player Protection: If bhago identifies patterns of behaviour that may indicate problem gambling — including rapid and repeated deposits, chasing losses, or requests to override self-exclusion — bhago reserves the right to suspend the account and contact the player with welfare information, without this constituting a breach of any duty owed to the player.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bhago platform. Any Player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, balances forfeited, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or age information during registration or KYC.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on bhago.
• Using the bhago platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip-dumping, seat reservation abuse, or coordinated play strategies designed to exploit the house rules.
• Attempting to access or use the bhago platform while under a self-exclusion order.
• Sharing account access with or placing bets on behalf of self-excluded, underage, or otherwise ineligible individuals.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bhago's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the bhago platform shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that Player's account at the time the claim arises.

bhago is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the bhago platform, even if bhago has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bhago does not accept liability for: (a) service interruptions caused by third-party payment providers, game providers, or telecommunications infrastructure; (b) losses arising from your use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal; (c) losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials; (d) decisions made by third-party game providers in relation to game outcomes, RNG results, or technical malfunctions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits bhago's liability for death or personal injury caused by bhago's negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

bhago reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect Players' rights or obligations — bhago will provide reasonable notice via an on-site notice or by email to the address registered on your account.

Continued use of the bhago platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the bhago platform and may request withdrawal of any available balance in your account.
